Your days are overwhelming? Try this: Make 3 lists – 1. what you have to do, 2. what you like to do, 3. what you do because you feel you should. Circle all the things that are on all three lists. They are in. Examine List #1 and make sure those things are really necessary – the ones that make the cut are in. Everything in List #2 is in. Everything in List #3 is out. Now take a look and see what you have. The system is not perfect, but it will get you thinking.
