Manners, dogs

Don’t ask people to take you at your word when you tell them your dog is friendly, well-behaved, or won’t bother them. Maybe they don’t want to meet your dog and they have good reasons for it. Keep the dog on a leash in public and pay attention; others will appreciate it.
